Federal government's package to be provided in all provinces

Addressing media following a PTI core committee meeting, SAPM Firdous Ashiq Awan said that this is not a time for politics.

She added that the federal government's package will be provided in all provinces across Pakistan.

SAPM Awan said that doctors and paramedics in Punjab will be given one month's extra salary as bonus and if a doctor or medical staff member dies while treating corona virus patients, they will be treated as martyrs and their families will receive the same package.

Petrol pumps to remain open from 8 am-5 pm in Sindh

According to a notification issued by the Sindh government's home department, all petrol pumps within the city areas will follow the timings set for shops during the lock down from 8 am to 5 pm.

As per the notice, tyre shops may remain open as well as petrol pumps on highways for transport of goods.
